Who we are

This website is run by BrainVI ("we"). These terms cover your use of this website. Use of the BrainVI product is governed by the written agreement between BrainVI and each agency, not by these terms.

Using this site

You may read, link to and share pages from this site. Do not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for weaknesses without our written permission, or copy it in bulk.

What the site shows

Product screens are recordings of the BrainVI console. Descriptions explain how the product works; they are not an offer, a warranty or a promise of a particular result. Availability in each setting is agreed in writing.

Names and logos

BrainVI and MARY are our names. Other product names and logos belong to their owners and appear to show which systems BrainVI can connect to; no endorsement is implied.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties about the site and are not liable for losses from using it.
