This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Its fonts and files are served from the site itself. The "Request a briefing" form sends what you enter to hello@brainvi.ai through our email provider, Resend, and emails you a confirmation. Nothing else on the page sends data.

If you email us

When you write to hello@brainvi.ai, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include. We use it to reply and to arrange a briefing, and we do not sell it. You can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to the same address.

When the site is hosted

The company that hosts this site may keep standard request logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and operation. We will name the host here once it is chosen.

The BrainVI product

Agency data processed by BrainVI (video, events, records and receipts) belongs to the agency and is handled under the agency's agreement with BrainVI and the agency's own policies and retention schedule. BrainVI runs in the agency's own environment.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct and delete personal information about you. Write to hello@brainvi.ai and we will respond.
